In today’s world, Turkish language used in Turkey in Anatolia and its surroundings where Asia and Europe are connected, has turned out to be more widespread with each passing day and gained the qualification of a common communication language as a result of the developments Turkey has experienced in the economic, political and cultural areas. Due to this integrating value and the sphere of influence Turkish has been taught for a long period of time by the institutions associated with the Republic of Turkey, local instructors, civil initiatives or personal endeavours in many countries such as the United States of America, Germany, Argentina, Australia, Denmark, Indonesia, Morocco, France, Guinea, South Korea, Georgia, India, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Kenya, Lithuania, Nepal, Russia, and Vietnam.

The sphere of influence of the Turkish language expands day by day along with the cross-cultural communication and cross-language intercourses that gained momentum in this age and by virtue of the opportunities provided by the mass media such as the internet, television and radio, the Turkish language can be heard and used far and wide.
