ANKARA (AA) – Toronto Raptors' superstar Kawhi Leonard hit the game-winner against the Philadelphia 76ers to send his team to Eastern Conference Finals.

Leonard's buzzer-beater gave Raptors the 92-90 win, eliminated 76ers in Game 7 to advance to East Finals to face the Milwaukee Bucks.

Leonard scored 41 points, including the biggest shot of the Raptors franchise history.

In 2001 Eastern Conference semi-finals against the Philadelphia 76ers, Raptors' then-superstar Vince Carter missed the buzzer-beating shot, and missed out the chance to face the Bucks in East Finals.

This time, Kawhi Leonard — who joined the team in summer 2018 — delivered.
